Why
I would like to make content open because I want to make work available for others to view, modify, and/or use themselves without them having to pay for it. The web is for everyone to use.
How
Methods I can use to make content open are articles on Wikipedia, how-to videos on YouTube, online e-books, and many more content.
Accessibility
Why
I might want to make accessible content because with accessibility, you can make the design of products and experiences usable by as many people as possible regardless of ability or disability.
How
Methods I can use to make content accessible are designing posters so that the text has a high contrast against the background color, turning on captions so that deaf people can understand the video, and sharing a written transcript of the spoken information in a presentation.
