False Information
False information can appear nearly anywhere on the internet. Most everyone having unlimited access to the internet means anyone can spread misinformation. The popularity of self-help sites such as Wikipedia and Reddit leaves the information available to the public also the publics’ responsibility to maintain. Since most people can say whatever they want misinformation can sometimes easily spread and persist.
UNICEF Guide to Spotting Misinformation
AI
AI can also often be a culprit of misinformation. Since search engine based AIs are still relatively new they can easily relay incorrect information. Many AI responses are based on human responses to questions on the web. If humans get it wrong then AI is more likely to too.
Evaluations
I tested 3 different AI models for accuracy based on my extensive experience of playing Seraphine support in League of Legends. I evaluated their responses on the accuracy of how they say she is meant to be played, the items recommended, the accuracy of runes, and the accuracy of her win rate.
For Seraphine support, the most popular current build is:
- Support item: World Atlas → Dream Maker
- Boots: Ionian Boots of Lucidity
- Core items: Echoes of Helia → Imperial Mandate → Rylai’s Crystal Scepter
- Later options: Moonstone Renewer or Diadem of Songs
- Trinket: Oracle Lens
- Skill order: Q → W → E, taking R at levels 6, 11, and 16. 1
This build is listed as the most-played build on current patch 26.18 data, with a 7.35% pick rate and 56.82% win rate, though the exact full-build sample is only 44 games, so don’t treat the win rate as definitive. 1
Runes: Summon Aery, Manaflow Band, Transcendence, Scorch; secondary Inspiration with Magical Footwear and Cosmic Insight. 2
A more utility-focused alternative is Echoes of Helia → Moonstone Renewer → Diadem of Songs, especially when your team needs shielding and healing more than damage. 1
OpenAi Evaluation
Open AI gave me a very comprehensive and accurate review of how to build and play Seraphine. It checked all my boxes and more of providing her most current meta items, while also giving extra information about skill orders, and alternative builds. The sources it chose had lower sample sizes in their statistical analyses, but the information was still mostly accurate.
Support (Most Popular Role):
Core Build: Echoes of Helia → Imperial Mandate → Rylai’s Crystal Scepter 1
Full Build Path: Dream Maker (upgraded support item) → Ionian Boots of Lucidity → Echoes of Helia → Imperial Mandate → Rylai’s Crystal Scepter → Diadem of Songs/Moonstone Renewer → Oracle Lens 2
Runes: Summon Aery (Sorcery) with Manaflow Band, Transcendence, Scorch; secondary Inspiration with Magical Footwear and Cosmic Insight 2
Ability Order: Q > W > E, level R at 6, 11, 16 2
Stats: 51.86% win rate (OP.GG Emerald+), 5.42% pick rate, A+ Tier support 2
Alternative Build: Echoes of Helia → Moonstone Renewer → Diadem of Songs (better for healing/shielding focus) 1
The most recent data shows the enchanter-focused build prioritizing team sustain and crowd control is dominant, with the poke-damage alternative build (Imperial Mandate path) also performing well 1 .

Anthropic Evaluation
Anthropic gave nearly the exact same response in every way that OpenAi did. It pulled from the same resources and gave the same response for runes, items, ability order, and recommended the same alternate build. The only thing Anthropic did differently and better was more accurately representing Seraphines win rate percentage.
As of September 2026, the most popular and highest win-rate Seraphine support build in League of Legends is the enchanter-focused build, prioritizing team-wide shields, heals, and crowd control. Here’s the definitive build:
Core Build (Support Role)
Items:
- Dream Maker (upgraded from World Atlas) – Enhances shields and heals for allies damaged or shielded by Seraphine.
- Ionian Boots of Lucidity – Provides ability haste and summoner spell haste, reducing cooldowns for Flash and Seraphine’s abilities.
- Echoes of Helia – Converts poke damage into healing for allies, synergizing with Seraphine’s kit.
- Moonstone Renewer – Amplifies healing and shielding power with repeated ability casts, making Seraphine’s team sustain unmatched.
- Redemption – Adds a powerful active heal and damage ability for teamfights.
- Mikael’s Blessing (situational) – Cleanses crowd control from allies, essential against heavy CC teams.
Runes:
- Primary (Sorcery): Summon Aery → Manaflow Band → Transcendence → Scorch
- Secondary (Inspiration): Magical Footwear → Cosmic Insight
- Stat Shards: Adaptive Force (x2) + Health Scaling
Ability Order:
Q (High Note) > W (Surround Sound) > E (Beat Drop) Level R (Encore) at 6, 11, and 16.
Summoner Spells:
- Flash (essential for mobility and engages)
- Heal (standard for lane sustain and emergencies)
Why This Build?
- Teamfight Dominance: Seraphine’s Surround Sound shields and heals the entire team, while Encore charms multiple enemies, setting up easy follow-up crowd control with Beat Drop.
- Sustain Loop: Echoes of Helia converts poke damage into healing, and Moonstone Renewer amplifies her shields and heals over time.
- Crowd Control Chain: Encore → Beat Drop creates a 3-second CC chain on grouped enemies, making her one of the best teamfight supports in the game.
- High Win Rate: This build has a 57.43% win rate (LoLalytics) and is the most popular choice in ranked play as of Patch 16.6.
Playstyle Tips
- Early Game: Poke with High Note and use Beat Drop to root slowed enemies.
- Mid Game: Group for objectives and use Encore to charm grouped enemies, followed by Beat Drop for stuns.
- Late Game: Cycle abilities to maximize Moonstone Renewer stacks and use Redemption for teamfight healing.
Mistral Evaluation
Mistral seemed to be the most incorrect out of all of them. Seraphine’s win rate is misrepresented as much higher than it actually is, the recommended items are very out of date to current, and the recommended runes are not right either. It seems that Mistral pulled from information from at least 5 months ago. Although, it did give the most helpful tips and tricks for utilizing Seraphine’s kit.
Final thoughts
Overall all models had some useful information, with some being more accurate than others. OpenAi and Anthropic gave the most accurate and up to date information, but with minor inconsistencies especially when it came to understanding statistics. Mistral was very outdated in most of its recommendations, but had the most comprehensive ability usage advice. Overall none of them gave fully accurate advice, and each were incorrect about something.
